By placing an order with YRU Organic, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, perfumes, and body care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference regarding scent, texture, or performance.
  • Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivities.
  • Products that have been improperly stored, misused, damaged after delivery, or purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before making your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect.
  • Missing from your order.
  • Verified to have a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us assess your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.

Assessment & Resolution

Every claim is assessed individually. YRU Organic reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a claim is eligible and the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Where a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product.
  • Store credit.
  • A partial refund.
  • A refund.

We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the requirements of this policy or where fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of this policy is suspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by YRU Organic.
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund processing may take several business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or packing has begun.

Once an order has entered fulfilment, has been packed, or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

YRU Organic is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services.
  • Failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Unclaimed or refused parcels.

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Claims submitted outside the reporting period stated in this policy may not be accepted.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, YRU Organic will investigate the shipment before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Product Information

Our products are made with naturally derived ingredients and pure essential oils. As a result, slight variations in colour, scent, viscosity, and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

As every individual’s skin is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before first use. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
